STA FAQs
First, please note that most of maintenance services are only based in China. The standard warranty period for our robotic products is mostly around 6 to 12 months, with some items covered for 18 months. All maintenance terms shall be subject to the manufacturer's official standards.
STA is able to supply all robots manufactured in China. You may send product photos and relevant specifications you have via email to info@stabots.com. This will help you obtain quotations and detailed product parameters promptly.
In case of minor component failures, STA can supply replacement parts via courier. This option is far more cost-effective than shipping the entire robot back to China for maintenance.
Please send the names and model of the products you need shipped, together with complete delivery details including precise shipping address and postal code to info@stabots.com. This allows us to quickly calculate the shipping cost and delivery lead time for your robots.
